Every day, families face hunger, displacement, and uncertainty. The Alavi Foundation is committed to bringing hope and relief to communities in Afghanistan and facing conflict, natural disasters, and extreme hardship. We combine immediate humanitarian aid with long-term initiatives that empower individuals and communities to rebuild their lives with dignity.

The Alavi Foundation

The Alavi Foundation is committed to uplifting Afghan youth by providing education, support, and essential assistance to those who need it most. Our work focuses on creating real opportunities for girls and boys in Afghanistan—especially where access to learning is limited or denied. We offer free online classes for girls, sponsor home-based education programs, and distribute free books to young people in Kabul and across the country. Our teams also provide stationery and school supplies to students so they can continue learning with dignity and hope. Alongside educational support, we help families facing hardship by providing food assistance to the hungry and cooperating with trusted local partners to ensure that help reaches the most vulnerable quickly and safely. Every contribution—large or small—helps us bring education, nourishment, and hope to Afghan children and families who depend on it.

Our programs span emergency relief, education, healthcare, and economic empowerment—ensuring children can learn, families can thrive, and communities can rise stronger. Every donation makes real change— providing food, shelter, education, and opportunities for a brighter, more resilient future.

Impact ID Program

Impact ID

The Alavi team assigns a unique identification number to every registered family or individual. These IDs are used to keep track of aid distribution, ensure accountability at all levels, and prevent duplication. Each recipient will also receive an Impact Card in addition to their Impact ID to ensure transparency in the entire aid distribution process.
